Update to Level 2 guildelines

effective at noon on Friday 29 May
Outdoor range:
* continue with limit of 2 archers per lane
* Maximum of 30 archers on the range at any time
* no limit on parents/spectators (keeping within the 100 person limit)
* booking system continues with the updated numbers, archers can book more than 1 session
Indoor range - due to the limited space there is NO change to the current Alert Level 2 guidelines for the Indoor range.
The Youth and MAGS line will NOT be restarting at this time.
